I got this from NODQ.com
Leading up to Wrestlemania the should be what goes down. Batista will lose the title to Edge in the Armaggedon Triple Threat. At the Rumble Triple H wins the belt from Orton meaning he beats Hardy at Armeggdon. Batista Wins the Rumble and picks Triple H as his WM Opponent. So Batista is jumping Ship to Raw at No Way Out a number one contenders Elimanation Chamber match will happen Which Taker will win setting up Taker vs Edge Hell in the Cell at Mania. Also expect CM to retain the title till Mania setting up Punk vs Shelton vs MIz vs Morrison four way elimanation at Mania.
ON the TNA Side of things Johnny Devine at one of the tapings has won the X Divishion title also the Breifcases with titles shots and being fired will be defended as titles it ends up like this Steiner gets World Title,BG gets Tag Title, Sabin gets X Divishion title and Fallen Angel gets fired.

I don't trust a spoiler site that can't spell "division."

I'll one up the so called spoilers, and say that there will be no Hell in a Cell at WM. When was the last time you saw a stipulation at a Wrestlemania main event? We've had Triple Threats and a Fourway, but the most gimmicky I remember was when Austin/Rock was made no DQ just as the match begun, and that was only done so they could turn Austin heel.
Also we went a long while without a HIAC match, can't see them doing two in the space of 5-6 months. Especially as they'll have Elimination Chamber at Armageddon.
I expect... Taker Vs. Edge (WHC - Streak vs Streak) Triple H Vs. Kennedy (WWE Championship) HBK Vs. Ric Flair (Loser retires)

OBVIOUSLY, It's gonna be
Taker vs. Edge - World Heavyweight Championship Randy Orton vs. Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels - WWE Championship CM Punk vs. Shelton Benjamin - ECW Championship
And don't forget Montel Vontavious Porter vs. Matt Hardy - U.S. Championship
That's my gut instinct, and I'm sticking to it!

Okay, here's a quick list of reasons that WWE one won't happen the way he said... 1. Batista just won a rumble... they won't give him two that quickly. 2. Only way Batista will jump to RAW is if Cena goes to SD. There's no way they're going to put both of their new 'Chosen One's on one show. 3. No way in hell is Smackdown doing an Elimination Chamber. Sorry, aint happening. I'll bet money on it. 4. Elimination Chamber without the title on the line? Yeah right. 5. They won't do Hell In A Cell at Mania... a) They just did one, and they wouldn't do another one so soon (unless it's at No Way Out, to fit the gimmick of the show) b) Vince tries to keep Mania main events to "pure wrestling" matches, because Mania is supposed to be the standard by which the business is defined, he won't let that "standard" be set by a gimmick match.
...I don't doubt it'll be Edge vs. Taker, that's more or less a given right now, but the rest of that is horse shit. My bet goes as follows...
1. Edge will win the title either in the Triple Threat, or in a rematch at No Way Out, and will continue to feud with Taker, thus setting up the Mania match for Smackdown. (or, alternatively, Taker will win the belt, and Edge will win the Rumble) 2. On RAW, it'll go down one of two ways... EITHER, Orton will retain until Wrestlemania and Triple H will win the Rumble, setting up Orton/Triple H at Mania or Triple H will win it earlier, and the Orton/Jericho feud will continue, and one of them will win the right to the Mania match, unless they come up with some strange excuse for them both to end up in it, making a triple-threat. 3. On ECW... fuck it, I aint got a clue. If I had to guess, I'd say it'll be Punk vs. Benjamin, but I can't say for sure.

I was thinking something a little less expected - something along the lines of the Benoit/HBK incident before WM20, or the same-time elimination at the Royal Rumble by Hart and Luger.

Do you think WWE is really gonna leak out there WM plans? Well, if I were booking Wrestlemania, here is what I would do.
At Armageddon, have Jeff Hardy beat HHH cleanly. Next night on Raw, he's found backstage bloodied and beaten. Orton beats Jericho in a heel-like way at Armageddon. It is found out a week later that Jeff Hardy will be out of action until after the Royal Rumble. So there is a 6 Man Elimination Match to determine no. 1 contender. 6 Men involved: Triple H, Jericho, Umaga, Kennedy, HBK, and Snitsky. Comes down to HHH and Jericho, or HHH and HBK, so it isn't predictable that HHH wins it, since there will be 2 faces, it could be either. HHH wins cleanly, and earns a title shot. at The Rumble, HHH takes the title. Now we'll jump to Smackdown for a second so my booking strategy makes a bit more sense.
At Armageddon in the World Title Match, Edge beats Batista cleanly, winning the title. Batista uses his rematch clause at The Rumble, and Edge wins. The time between Armageddon/Rumble, Taker is not seen. He returns for the Rumble, and wins it. He chooses to face Edge.
Now this means the Elimination Chamber for the title shot will be Raws. Each night there are 2 qualifying matches for the chamber. So the 3rd week it is some heel against a mystery opponent. Turns out to be the returning Jeff Hardy. He wins and gets into the Elimination Chamber. HHH is still a face, and still friends with Hardy trying to determine who attacked him. HHH is convinced it was Umaga, since he's the biggest heel in the company.
At Now Way Out, Jeff Hardy wins the Chamber, and Triple H comes down to the ring, and looks as if he's going to congratulate him. Jeff turns his back to Triple H, and when he turns around he gets a kick to the gut, and a Pedigree. Trips goes under the ring to grab his Sledgehammer, and puts a beating on Jeff Hardy until security comes to restrain him.
Now on the Smackdown side of things leading to No Way Out, Batista wants another shot at Edge, but Vickie Guerrero says he's had enough shots. Taker comes out to officially announce he will wrestle Edge at Mania. Batista interrupts, and beats down Taker to close Smackdown. The next week when asked about his actions, he says if he can't have Edge, he wants taker with the title shot on the line. Lights go out, taker comes out, chokeslam, tombstone. Taker accepts the challenge. At No Way Out, Taker cleanly beats Batista, while Edge has a mini-feud with Mysterio or Kane, and succesfully defends the title.
Now back to Raw. The next night HHH admits to being the one to injure hardy, because he would do anything to be champion. Matt Hardy then makes his return, and challenges HHH in his brothers honor. HHH accepts. Main event of Raw, HHH beats Matt, after the match he goes to grab the sledgehammer, and as he's about to get in the ring Jeff runs out with a ladder and assaults him with the ladder. Little feud going into Mania.
On Smackdown, the taker/edge undefeated mania streaks are built up.
So my WM Card
WWE Championship Jeff Hardy vs. Triple H(c)
World Heavyweight Championship Undertaker vs. Edge(c)
Other matches that may happen
Ric Flair vs. Randy Orton
MITB Umaga vs. HBK vs. Kennedy vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Kane vs. John Morrison
US Championship Matt Hardy vs. MVP (c)
IC Championship DH Smith vs. Carlito (c)
ECW Championship Shelton Benjamin vs. CM Punk (c)
WWE Tag Championship Deuce and Domino vs. Finlay and Hornswoggle vs. Jesse and Festus(c)
World Tag Team Championship Holly/Rhodes vs. Cade & Murdoch
Womens Championship Beth Phoenix vs. Candice
This is just how I would book it. I know some champions are not current champions, but titles will change hands. Some of this will happen, some may not. I don't expect the WWE Championship match to happen, although I believe it would be a good way to put someone new into the Main Event spot. And Jeff is WAY over right now, and I think this would make for a good Mania.

If it was any other PPV Jeff Hardy in the main event is a yes from me. But this is Wrestlemania a night for one time matches. I personally would like to see HHH vs Undertaker in a rematch from WM17.

you make a valid point SJK, but this would be an opportunity for WWE to make a new star. The Main Event situation is growing very stale in WWE, same people. This would be a shocker of a storyline if it happened. Nothing shocking has really happened in WWE in a while. Sure, there were times where the winner of a match may have leaked out and it ended up going the other way, eg. Cena beating Orton at Summerslam, other than that WWE's pretty much predictable anymore. And I'd love to be a WWE writer Abdul. I should send them my resume and my storyline idea and get a nice little job haha
