The scene opens up as we see Mark Chaos outside somewhere of St. Paul, Minnesota. He has his All American Championship around his left shoulder as he begins to speak.
Mark Chaos -- Johnny, tonight is the night. Tonight is when I look into your eyes and say "are you ready to rumble?" Tonight is the night when we go face to face... toe to toe. The winner is the better man. Tonight is the night when I defend my All American championship on the line against you. I shall not fail to you, Johnny. I will do whatever it takes to retain my championship. This title means alot to me and I shall not lose it to a loser like you. Johnny, I'm tired of you and your pathetic promos. You keep bragging about defeating me in the AWO. Well, do you know what? That was AWO... That was the past. Fuck the past, Johnny! Get real! This is the present! This is the fucking Extreme Wrestling Entertainment... this is my time to put you in your place and destroy you like I did a couple weeks ago. You do not stand a chance against me and I will prove it to the world and especially you Johnny and Drama. Johnny, you talk the talk. But will you back it up? NO. You don't have the guts to stand a chance against me. Don;t you understand you're no where near my league. And tonight at American Revolution, I will beat your fucking ass and retain my championship!
Mark takes a small pause as he notices a bum sitting against the wall drinking a beer out of a brown paper bag.
Bum -- Hey...You!
Mark stops walking and looks down at the bum who has real sadness in his eyes.
Mark Chaos -- What do you want?
The bum sets his beer on the ground and cups both of his hands as he extends them towards the All American Champion.
Bum -- I am homeless, do you have any spare change for me.
Mark Chaos shakes his head in disbelievement as the old bum is actually begging him for money.
Mark Chaos -- You’re pathetic. You sit there, drinking a beer out of a paper bag and you have the impudence to ask me for money. Why don’t you go get yourself cleaned up, stop looking like Johnny Chaos, and go get yourself a job. Stop sitting around and waiting for things to come to you. You need to do something for yourself.
The bum shakes his head, flips off Mark, and continues to drink his beer.
Mark Chaos -- It’s a damn shame. It’s a shame that somebody can live there life like that. It makes me sick. Johnny, take a good hard look at that bum over there. If you continue on the path you are on right now then I’m afraid that you will soon end up just like him. A low life. And you wonder why you are not accepted in society.
Mark pauses as he turns around and notices the bum has now passed out.
Mark Chaos -- Some would say that is hardcore. Passing out and then waking up and keep on drinking. Living a life so shitty that it makes other people actually feel bad for you. Is that really hardcore? I don’t think so. I think it’s a tragedy. To me, that guy doesn’t appreciate life. He doesn’t appreciate the air that we breathe. Just like you Johnny, you don’t appreciate anything.
Mark continues walking through the alley as he comes to the a giant puddle created because of the clog I the drain.
Mark Chaos -- Johnny, do you think you’re Hardcore? Do you think you’re Hardcore enough to beat me tonight at American Revolution? Do you actually think you have the desire and the talent to beat me? I don’t think you can Johnny. I don’t think you are truly Hardcore. I don’t think you can go up against EWE’s best and compete at the best level. You’re a lost cause… just remember to hold on to your days at the AWO because those are the only memories you will have.
Mark starts to get a very intense look in his face.
Mark Chaos -- What have you done? What have you done to deserve a shot at me? I’ll tell you. Nothing! Not a damn thing! I have beaten some of the Hardcore greats. Mr. Man... Edge...
Mark's smirk grows even wider.
Mark Chaos -- I have done a lot in this company already. You haven’t done anything! I have earned everything while you haven’t earned anything. Let alone, an All American title shot.
Mark turns around and walks back down the alley. Deciding that crossing the puddle wasn’t worth it.
Mark Chaos -- I hope you know what you got yourself into Johnny. You are going to find out exactly what Hardcore means when you’re having trouble breathing while I have you down to the mat from the Chaos Cutter. I hope you’re ready for that. I hope you’re ready to take your body to a place it has never gone before. Because that is what it’s going to take, everything you have plus more. I don’t think you are capable of doing that though Johnny. You are about to realize that Extreme Wrestling Entertainment is the best of the best, the fittest of the fittest. You don’t fall into those categories. You come up just a tad short.
Chaos holds his hand out dispalying the "short" sign. Haha.. if that makes sense.
Mark Chaos -- You know Johnny Chaos, you might have been a big shot in the AWO. Hell, you and Drama made a huge career out of being Hardcore. But, you better remember that I was also in AWO. I was one of the first real wrestlers to be in that company. So I know exactly what background you two come. The truth is, I was to good for AWO. Don Hinson was trying to hold me back but, I was destined for more. While I was winning World Titles, you were busy crucfying nobodies like Emperor Ben.
Mark pauses as he kinda nods his head.
Mark Chaos -- Johnny! You’re going to feel pain; there is no doubt about that. We are all. But… how much can you take? How much are you willing to take? Tonight.. Live on American Revolution, pain is inevitable, struggle is optional!
Mark takes another pause as he gets right in front of the camera.
I WILL NOT TIRE!... I WILL NOT FALTER!... I WILL NOT FAIL!...
Mark continues to walk as he passes by the passed out bum once again. Where is Mark going? He almost gets to the end of the alley when… Christy Chaos pops out.
Christy Chaos -- Hurry up, Mark! We have to get out of here! We are going to be late!
Mark begins to sprint as he follows Christy to a car. They both get in as fast as they can. The car storms off as the scene fades away and to black.
EWE Logo Flashes
Fade Out.
